TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated September 28, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the developer of LastManPressing ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of adulthood where you live), you may only use the app with permission from a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you.

One person, one account. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so keep your password safe.

2. Health and safety — read this

LastManPressing is a physical exercise game. Push-ups can cause injury, especially if you are not used to exercise, have a medical condition, or push past your limits.

Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise program. Warm up, use proper form, play on a safe, flat surface with space around you, and STOP immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort.

You play at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any injury, health problem or damage that happens while using the app.

The rep counter is for fun and competition — it is not medical or fitness advice and may not always be accurate.

3. Camera

The app uses your front camera only during Practice and matches, to count push-ups by tracking the position of your shoulders, elbows, hands and legs. The video is processed on your phone only — it is never recorded, saved, uploaded or sent to your opponent or to us. During a match only your rep count and a push-up depth number (not images) are shared, so your opponent sees a cartoon fighter, never your camera. You can turn camera access off anytime in your iPhone Settings.

4. Fair play

No cheating. That includes faking reps, using videos, photos or other people in front of the camera, modifying the app, exploiting bugs, using bots, or manipulating matches or trophies.

We may reset stats, remove trophies or items, or suspend or ban accounts that cheat or break these Terms, with or without warning.

5. Usernames and behavior

We have zero tolerance for offensive content or abusive users. Your username must not be hateful, sexual, threatening, harassing, impersonate someone else, or break any law.

Taunts and comments in the game are part of the fun — using the app to bully, threaten or harass real people is not. We may rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

To report a player or offensive content, tap ⚑ REPORT next to their name in a match (or email [email protected]). We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. You can also block any player — you won’t be matched with them again or see their comments. Manage blocked players in Settings.

6. Coins, items and purchases

Coins, characters, nametags, comments and other items are a limited license to use them inside the game. They have no real-world money value, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be sold or transferred to other accounts.

Purchases with real money are handled by Apple and follow Apple’s terms. Except where required by law or Apple’s refund policy, all purchases are final.

We may change prices, items, limited drops, the Trophy Road and game balance at any time. Limited items may never come back.

If your account is deleted or banned for breaking these Terms, you lose your coins and items.

7. Our app

The app, its characters, art, sounds and code belong to us. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.

We are always improving the game, so features may change, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. We may stop offering the app at any time.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, trophies, stats and items. We may also close accounts that break these Terms.

9. No warranty and limits

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost data or lost items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $10 if you paid nothing).

10. Changes and law

We may update these Terms. If the change is important, we’ll let you know in the app. Keeping playing after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
